Orders can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept returns if they have been returned on time and in accordance with our return policies below.

Products must be new and unworn, the barcode must be attached. PERILLE will not accept returns of any worn or defect items or which have had their tags removed.

The recipient label on the Return Form is not a prepaid label. Please note that return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. PERILLE does not accept unpaid returns and these will be sent back to the customer.

We only accept returns which have been sent within 30 days of receipt of product.

Returned pieces of jewellery must be in their original condition: boxes and pouches must be complete and intact. PERILLE reserves the right to deduct 1.5€ from the refund in case of failure to receive the returned product with the original packaging (jewelry box + pouch/case).

We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are stolen or lost in transit. To prevent this, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service of your choice (such as FedEx, DHL or UPS) to return your items safely to us. Please make sure that your package is insured.

Don't forget to insert your original order confirmation inside the shipping packaging. If you don't have it anymore, please print your order confirmation or write your ORDER NUMBER down in a piece of paper and insert it inside the box. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. If possible, please use your original shipping packaging.

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the refund process is completed.

Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used when making the purchase.

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded.

Packs and Sets can only be returned as a set. No individual item in a bundle can be returned for a refund, store credit, and/or size exchange.


The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

This refund can be made up to 14 calendar days after receiving your package in our warehouse. Please note that the shipping costs of the original order are excluded from the amount to be refunded.


For returns from Spain or Portugel, we charge 5€ for the return label. For all other EU countries and Switzerland we charge 9€. For other countries, please contact our customer service. The return costs will be deducted automatically from the refund. Please bare in mind that possible customs fees related to the shipment will be borne by you.

*Put the invoice from your order inside the box (you can print your order confirmation email ) or leave us the order number noted inside so that we can correctly associate your return.

Orders outside of the EU may have duties and taxes incurred. You will be responsible for paying the costs associated with the management.


We are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
